Dormitory Style Residence Buildings
On campus accommodation has been arranged in one of dormitory residences.
It consists of double and single rooms with large shared bathroom facilities
on each floor. The bathrooms consist of three shower stalls and 4 bathroom
stalls. This may vary between the different residence buildings. The rooms
are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, closet, desk, chair and telephone.
Bed linen and towels will be provided. All residence buildings are smoke-free
environments. They all have card access laundry facilities. All residence
rooms have personal phone lines with phones provided. The telephone service
in every room features local calls at no charge and requires calling cards
to be used for long distance calls.

limited number of hotel rooms are available for Conference
Delegates, and will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Delegates
are required to make their own accommodation reservations directly through the
selected hotel. To take advantage of the special rates quoted, please make
reservations in advance of the deadlines listed, and identify yourself as
a Sudan Studies participant. Rates quoted will not be available after
the deadlines.
